Osborne Clarke is an international legal practice headquartered in London, with offices across thirteen countries. The firm has over 320 partners and more than 2,440 employees.
Osborne Clarke’s work spans a host of sectors, including energy, utilities, financial services, life sciences, healthcare, infrastructure, technology and media.
The Challenge
Osborne Clarke faced issues with being able to easily collaborate and communicate on their intranet. With further concerns about security and compliance it became obvious that they needed to move to a more modern and future-proof intranet solution.
The Approach
ClerksWell conducted an initial discovery to get a clear understanding of the existing intranet. The discovery included user observations, 1-1 interviews, and an intensive pain-point discovery.
We then began to architect and build the new solution using SharePoint. Our approach accommodated regular feedback to achieve the desired solution.
With detailed mapping, we then began a phased transfer of documents to the new solution.
The Impact
Osborne Clarke now boasts a cutting-edge, future-proof, and robust intranet system. The new and user-friendly intranet resulted in increased flexibility, collaboration, communication, security and compliance, and adaptability.
