Christie's required key customer journeys and e-commerce to be simple and effective, allowance of marketing to point customers to the right place and the creation of device-specific content and interactions. Course registration was to be made easier and public content from art experts was to be made more visible and easily shareable. Above all, the site needed to be simple to administrate, with optional, deep adaptability.
