The Challenge 

In order for retailers to make investment decisions, they need access to a huge range of macro-economic and shopping centre data. JLL’s advisors have access to this data but need to be able to present it in a meaningful, timely and accessible way. JLL needed to provide this intelligence to help their clients make the best investment decisions possible.

The Solution

ClerksWell designed a feature-rich, visually engaging service, with the interface optimised for desktop and iPad. Data is now available at a European, country specific, town and shopping centre level. Data is displayed in easy to understand charts and plotted onto dynamic maps – using the Google Mapping API.

​The project went through the following stages:

        • Facilitated client workshops to define the user experience.

        • Design concepts optimised aimed at target devices

        • Front end development and mapping service integration

        • Usability testing with global stakeholders

The Outcome

We brought JLL’s retail shopping centre portfolio to life with interactive mapping and data visualisations.

The resulting solution provides consultants with tools to assist clients to make the right investment decisions and provides a real competitive edge to the JLL Retail business.
