Flowtech is the largest distributor of Fluid Power products within the UK and Ireland. The Flowtech website is crucial to their business as the key revenue driving mechanism. We were brought in to support their eCommerce solution and compile a roadmap for future improvements.

That meant immersing ourselves in Flowtech’s business context, architecture and codebase, mapping the end‑to‑end environment across legacy and new site components and documenting all critical paths (from checkout to customer account functions).
