Our Team
The people of ClerksWell
Keith Young MBE, Executive Chairman
Well known for his flair and innovation, Keith has been a part of the ClerksWell family since the very beginning. Keith's deep knowledge of media and technology was forged first in print - including his ownership of the illustrious parliamentary 'House' magazine - and his prescient backing of the UK's first internet provider EasyNet. Decades later, Keith's entrepreneurial success has spanned startups in digital across the UK and Europe and includes hosting, microfinance and transformative healthcare solutions. We are proud to have Keith as a friend and mentor to the business.
Rob Killick, Founder and CEO
Few successful companies can boast the same steady hand on the tiller for 25+ years. Having weathered storms that have included the dot-com bubble, the global financial crisis and Covid, Rob's resourcefulness has consistently driven our groundbreaking development. His idea for the world's first intranet-in-a-box resulted in our internationally successful EasySharePoint product, which transformed the digital workplace. With a background in politics and publishing, Rob's commitment to excellence in both people and technology has transformed our business and that of our clients.
Diversity at ClerksWell
At ClerksWell we are committed to promoting equality and diversity with our policies, practices and procedures. Our Equality and Diversity Policy requires commitment from everyone who works for us and the legislation it represents is taken into account during the design and development of our work, including marketing material, office design, training materials and other literature.
Under the umbrella of our Equality and Diversity Policy we have a Workplace Diversity Policy and Action Plan (reviewed annually) which aims to improve our recruitment, selection and retention performance as well as building an inclusive workplace culture where all employees are valued and recognised for their unique qualities, ideas, skills and perspectives.
The Workplace Diversity Policy and Action Plan 2019-2021 has established workplace composition objectives and this year we have a strategy and/or specific targets aroudn the following areas:
- Women in middle and senior management positions
- Total ethnic minority employees and those promoted to management
- Number of people with disabilities
- Number of employees (both male and female) working under a flexible arrangement
- Age profile of the workforce
- Maternity return rates
