Aviva Engagement Framework
Aviva had made strong progress in developing its intranet but felt it could work harder.
The Internal Communications team commissioned us to enhance the new intranet so users valued and interacted better with it. ClerksWell needed to make a fast but insightful assessment, then recommend strategic, effective and practical changes.
We developed an engagement framework that would inspire end users and fully exploit Microsoft Office 365 functionality. We defined and assessed business requirements, audience understanding, and technical opportunities and developed a framework that acknowledged the complexity of user needs and was useful and engaging. We also helped define the range of metrics and qualitative data they could collect to inform future enhancements.
