Service Level Agreement (SLA)
With an SLA, ClerksWell agrees to support your website. Whenever somethings goes wrong, we'll sort it out. Whether it's a bug, a hosting problem or a question on how to do something with your CMS, your SLA will have you covered.
With a retainer, ClerksWell agrees to dedicate a certain number of days to your website every month with the purpose of working through a digital roadmap agreed by you.
The retainer can include anything from a site upgrade to added functionality for your website.
