Aviva's Engagement Network

Challenge 

The Internal Communications team commissioned us to enhance the new intranet so users interacted better and valued it more. ClerksWell needed to make a fast but insightful assessment, then recommend strategic, effective and practical changes.

Solution

We developed an engagement framework that would inspire end users and fully exploit Microsoft Office 365 functionality. We defined and assessed business requirements, audience understanding, and technical opportunities and developed a framework that acknowledged the complexity of user needs,and was useful and engaging. We also helped define the range of metrics and qualitative data they could collect to inform future enhancements.

Aviva Marketing Hub

Challenge

Aviva's goal is to become the most recommended insurer. In order to achieve this, the organisation required an insightful and commercially focused marketing organisation. The Marketing Capability programme was set up to coach best practice approaches, tools and case studies across key regions.

Solution

ClerksWell developed a new site collection in Aviva’s Microsoft Office 365 intranet. Following a workshop to clarify Aviva’s requirements ClerksWell first produced wireframes to establish how the site features and content would be structured. ClerksWell built specific page templates, an events calendar, promotional videos and the ability to filter events by location, name and capability.

Outcome

The central digital hub is an engaging, user friendly one stop shop for marketeers professional development. It showcases real examples of the tools and approaches that have worked within Aviva. Aisha Walker, Marketing Capability Manager, commented
