Marketing and Partnerships Manager

Role Overview

As the Partnerships and Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and forging partnership relationships. You will maintain up to date knowledge on industry trends in order to successfully execute marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include identifying and developing new partnership opportunities, fostering existing relationships, and overseeing marketing initiatives to position ClerksWell as a leading player in the market.

Location

This is a full-time, on-site role in London Bridge.

Responsibilities

 Client development

  • Initiate contact and cultivate strong relationships with potential partners, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Continually monitor and identify audiences needed.
  • Manage and drive forward our partnerships strategy.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive Strategic Partner growth and engagement.

Relationship Management

  • Develop and foster strong relationships with existing and new stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for business inquiries, negotiations, and ongoing collaborations.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential new Strategic Partners and industry trends.
  • Attend Tech conferences to build and maintain relationships with our partnerships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a set of key accounts, developing relationships with senior stakeholders and ensuring areas of concern are proactively identified and addressed to ensure renewals
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Marketing

  • Write strategic marketing plans and proposals which result in positive decision-making.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of product range and propose products accordingly to marketplaces.
  • Line manage a junior Marketing Executive.
  • Collaborate with junior marketing executives to develop effective marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales.
  • Leverage partnerships to create compelling offers and incentives.
  • Lead all digital marketing activities to support our business objectives.
  • Develop messaging and positioning that differentiates ClerksWell from others in the market.
  • Manage our website and online content to help lead generation and business development.
  • Manage all marketing go-to-market activities for new campaign launches.
  • Build and develop customer testimonials and case studies.
  • Lead the development of sales and marketing collateral.
  • Lead a team of junior executives to execute your strategy.
  • Create content to engage with potential customers and partners (e.g., blogs, whitepapers).

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in a Partnerships or Marketing role doing both brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Proven experience in business development and relationship management.
  • Experience working across a range of marketing and content management systems including HubSpot, Google Analytics and AdWords.
  • Experience managing social media campaigns.
  • Experience of creating engaging online content.
  • Understand how to tailor content and tactics to drive conversions.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B marketing across multiple channels.
