Want to get your foot in the door with a multi award-winning digital agency? We’re looking for ambitious graduates to enhance our Sales team across business development, account management, marketing and client services functions.

Ideally suited to a savvy, commercially-minded person, this opportunity is perfect for candidates who love face-to-face work and are keen to develop their career in digital but don't know exactly what they want to do yet.

The programme

You will be hired as a an entry level Account Executive - the perfect chance for an exceptional recent graduate or a graduate with 1-2 years of experience looking for a step up.

You will be offered a structured talent development programme, which will give you the practical skills on which to found your career. In your first three months you will have insight into all aspects of agency life including experience of the sales cycle, our diverse digital offering, marketing, business processes, project lifecycle and delivery, client retention and everything in between.

You will be supported with personal mentoring and coaching in sales, business fundamentals, client management, pitching, networking and writing for business. From the very beginning you will have the opportunity to shadow Account and Sales Managers and participate in weekly team and staff meetings.

Your role from the start

  • Build up your understanding of our clients’ business and digital strategies
  • Support senior team members to develop and close new business opportunities
  • Immerse yourself in the technologies we use and understand our market
  • Create personal relationships with the clients you work with
  • Help our team to provide the best level of client service
  • Liaise with a wider agency team on a day-to-day basis
  • Learn the systems and processes of account and project management
  • Write business proposals, quotes and briefing documents and reports
  • Attend tech and networking events
  • Attend fortnightly half-day training sessions

About you

  • Degree with a 2:1 or above
  • Comfortable with the sales side of account management
  • You have a curiosity about the web / digital industry
  • Motivated self-starter with a problem-solving attitude
  • Commercially minded
  • Excellent writing ability
  • Strong numerical and analytical ability
  • Robust time management / organisational skills
  • Confidence in meeting new people and making presentations
  • The ability to focus on performance and deliver results
  • A quick and adaptable learner who is ready to take on responsibility
  • You must have the right to work in the UK at the commencement of employment. Sponsorship is not offered for this role.

Location and hours

This is a full-time, on-site role based in London Bridge.
