Aviva’s goal is to become the most recommended insurer. In order to achieve this, the organisation required an insightful and commercially focused marketing organisation. The Marketing Capability programme was set up to coach best practice approaches, tools and case studies across key regions.

Approach

ClerksWell developed a new site collection in Aviva’s Microsoft Office 365 intranet. Following a workshop to clarify Aviva’s requirements ClerksWell first produced wireframes to establish how the site features and content would be structured. ClerksWell built specific page templates, an events calendar, promotional videos and the ability to filter events by location, name and capability. Phase two will include the build of new features such as comment and feedback features and an advertising carousel.
